It doesnt feel like it has been 5 years.
I started photography without any formal training, at a day in the park walking around taking pictures around a park with my camcorder utilizing the photo button. It was fresh and new and somehow felt like the moments of my life finally began to come together. I had no reason to believe that it was going to be a career move, moreso than something that I found brought me joy… a simple capturing of moments and place and things.
5 years later here I am.
It has been a beautiful journey, filled with mountain tops and valleys and the walking in between. For every step through the snowy terrain I find myself more than content… I find myself extremely grateful. Every wedding, every piece of food, every single solitary city walk means the WORLD to me. My life is a combination of not only my memories, but sharing and preserving the memories of others. It’s a task, that the son of a historian, finds all too familiar and yet it does not become stale or stagnant. Everytime I pick up the camera it feels fresh and new
So thank you, all, for being apart of my first 5 years in this is journey. I hope that you will continue to journey with me, as I explore even further into the world we all call home.
